Refunds due to loss or damage

In the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, we will replace the damaged contents or gift immediately and free of charge providing the following:

  • The goods are signed for upon receipt as damaged or have been refused because of obvious damage
  • Any damage which cannot be seen from the outside must be notified to Moments to say within 7 days after the delivery.
  • Damaged goods are retained for inspection and it may be required that they be returned to us before replacement or refund. Returned goods must clearly show the full name, address and telephone number of the sender.
  • We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong order or non-delivery, resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided.


If you wish to cancel your order, we will strive to stop it being dispatched. However, this may not always be possible. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. The customer has the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Where this right is exercised you will be refunded the full amount minus any perishable goods which cannot be resold and any items which have been consumed or damaged as well as carriage charges incurred. All goods must be returned in good condition. We aim to provide the refund within 7 working days on receipt of returned goods, less any charges as stated above, once the hamper has been returned. Notification of cancellation must be in writing – letter, or email including your order details. Cost of return to be paid by the customer.

We reserve the right to change packaging, specifications, and descriptions without notice. We always strive to keep all product images and information current and up to date. However, there may be occasions where the website displays older images and information. If the product you purchase is unsatisfactory due to this, please contact us.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any point. All prices displayed on the website include VAT, which is applied at the applicable rate.

How To Make Payment

You must make full payment of your order before we dispatch the goods. We do not accept cheques via the website. Please do not send payment details via email as we are unable to guarantee the security of such methods of communication. At Moments to say… we take online security very seriously.
